Raipur – Today, former minister of the state and Raipur West MLA Rajesh Moonat met Mayor of Raipur Municipal Corporation Mrs. Meenal Chaubey, Chairman Suryakant Rathore, Chairman of State Iron Craftsman Development Board Praful Vishwakarma, MIC member and Thakur Pyarelal Ward Councilor Mrs. Suman Ashok Pandey, MIC member Deepak Jaiswal, Zone 5 Chairman Amber Agarwal, Ward Councilor Mrs. Meena Thakur, Krishna Sonkar, Ashu Chandravanshi, former councilors Gopi Sahu, Dilip Yadav, Kunwar Rajayant Singh Dhruv, Mandal President Naveen Sharma, School Development Committee President Santosh Pandey, School Principal Dr. Gupta, retired health officer of Raipur Municipal Corporation Vijay Pandey, Corporation Additional Commissioner Vinod Pandey, Zone 5 Commissioner Mrs. Rajeshwari Patel, Executive Engineer Lal Mahendra Pratap Singh, teachers, dignitaries, social workers, women, young men, common people, students in large number in presence of, inaugurated the newly constructed prayer shed by cutting the ribbon at the Government RD Tiwari School, built at a sanctioned cost of Rs. 10 lakhs from the District Mineral Trust Fund. Former state minister and Raipur West MLA Rajesh Munat along with Mayor Mrs. Meenal Chaubey, Chairman Suryakant Rathore, State Iron Craftsman Development Board Chairman Praful Vishwakarma, MIC member Zone Chairman, Ward Councillors, from the infrastructure head, at an approved cost of Rs 1 crore 60 lakhs, gave the wonderful gift of construction of additional rooms, washroom repairs, septic tank construction, various pipe line repairs, school roof and false ceiling repairs, school boundary wall repair and height increase work, drinking water platform construction, window, door repairs, school wall repairs, plaster, putty, paint, brick work etc., school panel light repair and replacement work, school tiles and cement repairs and playground development work by breaking coconut and using a shovel and performing Bhoomi Pujan at Government RD Tiwari School Campus in Thakur Pyarelal Singh Ward under Municipal Corporation Zone 5 under Raipur West Assembly Constituency. The program started with lighting of lamps and Saraswati Vandana in front of the photograph of Goddess Saraswati, the symbol of learning.

On this occasion, former minister and Raipur West MLA Rajesh Munat said that we should work with the resolve to make the Government RD Tiwari School the ideal school of Chhattisgarh. He said that his resolve is that no government school under Raipur West Assembly constituency should remain without toilets and all government schools should have drinking water tanks. There should be separate toilets for male and female students and all government school premises should be clean and beautiful. The children of poor class studying here should get all the necessary basic facilities including smart class rooms, clean and beautiful surroundings and get a peaceful and good environment for studying. Work should be done to enhance the talent of the children here. A provision of Rs 3 crore has been made to make the schools clean and beautiful in Raipur West Assembly constituency. The former minister and West MLA directed the officials to ensure that the new development work in the school premises is completed within the time limit with quality by continuous monitoring. As an incentive, he announced that scooties will be provided to students coming in the merit list of the school. They should study diligently and get a place in the merit list. The former minister and West MLA appealed to the Municipal Corporation MIC member Deepak Jaiswal to get the work of the Government RD Tiwari School monitored with quality and to provide protection for the development of the school children and to get the Ward Councilor and MIC member Mrs. Suman Ashok Pandey to register active participation.

Former Minister and West MLA Rajesh Munat appealed to Raipur Municipal Corporation Mayor Smt. Meenal Chaubey and Chairman Suryakant Rathod in the interest of Raipur city to take a decision to improve the system through Raipur Municipal Corporation administration and start a campaign to register FIR against the institutions and individuals who are discolouring the city by pasting banners and posters after development works. He said that he has been elected by the public and he loves Raipur city and it is his resolution to work to make Raipur clean and beautiful. Mayor Smt. Meenal Chaubey directed the Zone 5 Zone Commissioner from the stage that among the approved works, he should first get the work of repairing and increasing the height of the boundary wall of Government RD Tiwari School done on priority and get it done in a quality manner by monitoring the contractor to secure the school premises. He directed to get the playground developed in the school premises in a quality manner within the stipulated time frame. The Mayor said that she will never tolerate negligence in all these works of the school building. The Mayor praised and thanked former Minister and West MLA Rajesh Munat for starting new development work of Rs 1 crore 60 lakh in the Government RD Tiwari School. Chairman Suryakant Rathod described former Minister and Raipur West MLA Rajesh Munat as Vikas Purush. The Chairman directed to complete all the new development works with quality by monitoring them within the given time frame. Ward Councilor Thakur Pyarelal Singh and MIC member Mrs. Suman Ashok Pandey gave the welcome speech. School Vikas Samiti Chairman Santosh Pandey expressed his views. The program was conducted by former Raipur city BJP president Ashok Pandey and in the end, school principal Dr. Gupta expressed his gratitude.
