Asked to bat first, WI got a memorable start as Pooran and Johnson stitched a 94-run partnership, after their opener Brandon King got retired hurt for 23. However, England bowlers quickly bounced back and controlled their wrath. For WI, Pooran and Charles scored 36 and 38 respectively. Apart from them, skipper Rovman Powell also scored 36 off 17 balls.
