Raipur – On the occasion of the 300th birth anniversary of Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar, in compliance with the instructions of Chhattisgarh State Urban Administration and Development Department, various positive activities are being carried out from 21st May to 31st May 2025 through Municipal Corporation Culture Department and zones on the instructions of Mayor of Raipur Municipal Corporation Mrs. Meenal Chaubey, Culture Department Chairman Amar Gidwani, Commissioner Vishwadeep. In this sequence, today, in Veer Shivaji Garden Complex near Zone 1 Office by Municipal Corporation Zone No. 1, on the instructions of Municipal Corporation Zone 1 Zone Chairman Gajju Sahu, the team of Municipal Corporation Zone No. 1, Ward Councilor Representative of Veer Shivaji Ward No. 16, Zone 1 Zone Commissioner Dr. Divya Chandravanshi, Executive Engineer D.K. Paikara Zone Officers, employees planted saplings at a safe place within the garden complex for the purpose of environmental protection in the interest of society and appealed to the citizens to register their participation in proper care and protection of the planted saplings by adding fertilizer, water as per requirement till they become trees.
