Raipur – Under the leadership of the Chief Minister of the state, Shri Vishnudev Sai and under the guidance of Deputy Chief Minister, Urban Administration and Development Department, Shri Arun Sao, the Municipal Corporation of Raipur is giving priority to the works of cleanliness, drinking water, toilet system, light and beautification in various major parks of the capital city for public convenience in public interest. After the newly appointed administrator of the Municipal Corporation, District Collector Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh, took charge yesterday by the state government, on the instructions of Municipal Corporation Commissioner Shri Abinash Mishra, the officials of all the zones are monitoring the fulfillment of basic requirements for public convenience in major parks.
The Municipal Corporation is getting the works of cleanliness, light management, drinking water system, toilet management, beautification work along with plantation done in various main gardens of the capital including Gandhi Garden, Oxygen Zone, Garden in front of Municipal Corporation Headquarters, Moti Bagh, Anupam Garden done on priority and at a fast pace for public convenience. Along with this, the work of cleaning lawns and pathways in the gardens and pruning of plants is also being done. Soon, the major gardens in the capital city Raipur will be completely decorated and will spread their beauty. The Commissioner has directed the Additional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, Zone Commissioners, Executive Engineers to continuously monitor the work of beautifying the gardens on a daily basis, so that the work of gardens in the capital can be done in a quality manner as per public expectations.
