In the first phase, all 1920 applications received by Zone 3, 1667 demands, 253 complaints were resolved 100% with high quality and promptly.

Raipur – Today, under Sushasan Tihar 2025, as per the orders of the Chief Minister of the state Vishnudev Sai and as per the instructions of Deputy Chief Minister Urban Administration and Development Department Arun Saw, Sushasan Tihar Samadhan Camp was organized by Raipur Municipal Corporation in Sindhu Bhawan in front of BTI Ground Shankar Nagar for 7 wards of Zone 3. In which Raipur Lok Sabha MP Brijmohan Agarwal, North MLA Purandar Mishra, Mayor Mrs. Meenal Choubey, Chairman Suryakant Rathod, Chhattisgarh In the presence of State Food Civil Supplies Corporation Chairman Sanjay Srivastava, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Vishwadeep, Zone 3 Chairman Mrs. Sadhana Pramod Sahu, Zone 4 Chairman Murali Sharma, Zone 5 Chairman Amber Agarwal, MIC Member Santosh Seema Sahu, Councilors Rajesh Kumar Gupta, Mahesh Dhruv, Pradeep Verma, Kailash Behera, Councilor Representative Rohit Sahu, Former Councilor Representative Ram Prajapati, Social Worker Kishore Mahanand, Anup Khedkar, Vivek Choubey, the officials of Municipal Corporation and various government departments informed the citizens from the stage about the detailed case-wise solution of all the 1920 applications, 1667 demands, 253 complaints received from the general public in the camps organized in 7 wards of Zone 3 from 8 to 11 April in the first phase of Sushasan Tihar, with 100% quality and quick resolution in the second phase between 12 April to 4 May. Sushasan Tihar Samadhan Camp was inaugurated by lighting the lamp by North MLA Purandar Mishra, Mayor Meenal Choubey, Chairman Suryakant Rathore. MP Brijmohan Agrawal called Chairman Suryakant Rathore, State Food Civil Supplies Corporation Chairman Sanjay Shrivastava, Commissioner Vishwadeep, SDM Nandkumar Choubey, councillors on the mantra and distributed labour registration cards and ration cards to Chhota Sahu, Chanchal Udal, Neelam Mishra and other eligible citizens as soon as they applied at the Labour Department stall. Ration cards were made immediately after applying at the department stall and were given to Nirmala Sahu, Nagma Begum, Geeta Patre, Sophia Banjare, Usha Sahu, Karan Patro, Prabha Bai Yadav, Meena Janghel and other eligible citizens. Raipur North MLA Purandar Mishra, Mayor Mrs. Meenal Choubey, Chairman Suryakant Rathore, councillors visited the stall of Women and Child Development Department and fed food to newborn babies. Raipur Lok Sabha MP Brijmohan Agrawal congratulated the common people from the stage for organizing Sushasan Tihar. The MP directed the Commissioner and SDM from the stage to ensure that the applicants found ineligible in all the applications received under Sushasan Tihar are directed to the concerned departments with written information along with the reason so that the applicants do not wander here and there for this, do not give information to ineligible people on mobile WhatsApp, telephone. They should be given written information along with the reason. The MP directed the Corporation Commissioner and MD of Raipur Smart City Limited to ensure equal availability of drinking water to the concerned under Amrit Mission and 24×7 project by reviewing it by holding a meeting of officers and contractors. MP Brijmohan Agrawal appealed to all the councilors to participate in ensuring equal availability of drinking water to all the citizens of Raipur during summer. The MP appealed that all the officers and employees should take a pledge to benefit the common people from Vishnudev’s good governance under Sushasan Tihar.
Raipur North MLA Purandar Mishra said that the work of the common people is being done round the clock in the government led by Vishnudev Sai. It is Vishnudev’s good governance that after the common people submit their applications and demands regarding their problems, the officials are giving them information about the solution along with the reasons of their applications by organizing camps. Mayor Mrs. Meenal Chaubey said that Raipur Municipal Corporation is committed to solve the problems of the common people. The Mayor said that Raipur Municipal Corporation will not install tap connections in the houses of those who are not paying property tax to the Municipal Corporation. The Mayor said that the Municipal Corporation is continuously working to provide permanent houses to the poor as per the wishes of the successful Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The work of arranging for the occupants who have done illegal construction is being done and the work of building houses for the lease holders at the same place is being done. The Mayor said that the common people living in the wards of Zone 3 are aware to solve their problems, this has become clear from the presence of the common people in the camp today. The Mayor said that in the coming time, Raipur Municipal Corporation will resolve the basic demands and problems of the common people including road, drain, sewer construction, pipe line extension work and other essential demands through ward councilors in collaboration with all the officers and employees and will provide the full desired benefits of Vishnu’s good governance to the citizens. The Municipal Corporation will work to develop Raipur city in accordance with the dreams of the common people.
Chairman Suryakant Rathore said that the officers should ensure that written information along with the reason for ineligibility is provided to the ineligible citizens among the applicants received under Sushasan Tihaar on priority basis so that the concerned applicants can get prompt resolution as per rules. Chhattisgarh State Food Civil Supplies Corporation Chairman Sanjay Srivastava said that the Municipal Corporation is such an institution from which the common people want immediate solution to their basic problems like roads, drinking water, street lights, cleanliness etc. every day. But on many occasions, immediate solution is not found. Considering this, the Chief Minister of the state Vishnudev Sai took a decision in public interest and directed the state government to organize Sushasan Tihaar and Samadhan Camp. Within a month, work is being done to quickly resolve the problems and problems of the common people. This is probably being seen for the first time after 75 years of independence of the country. The credit for this should be given to the positive thinking of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, Deputy Chief Minister Urban Administration and Development Department Arun Saw, Raipur Lok Sabha MP Brijmohan Agarwal, Raipur North MLA Purandar Mishra. He suggested the officers and employees to take quick decisions by seriously considering the practical aspects to provide the common people the full desired benefits of Vishnu’s good governance and to solve the demands and problems of the common people.
