Dhamtari district is first in the state in resolving the applications received in Sushasan Tihar

Raipur, 07 May 2025: Under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, the organization of ‘Sushasan Tihar’ is going on with full enthusiasm for the quick resolution of the complaints and demands of the general public in the state of Chhattisgarh. In the third phase, the administration is listening to the common people with full readiness and concentration in the villages and towns across the state and resolving them. The Chief Minister himself is monitoring this campaign. He is making surprise visits to villages by helicopter. Evaluating the ground reality of government schemes. He is communicating directly with the public and reaching the solution camps and listening to the problems of the people and getting them resolved on the spot. This is a symbol of the sensitivity and commitment of the Chhattisgarh government towards the public. 40 lakh 95 thousand applications so far in the state

Under Sushasan Tihar, more than 40 lakh 95 thousand applications have been received so far, most of which have been resolved. In this, Dhamtari district has secured first place in the state by resolving 99.38 percent of about 2 lakh 28 thousand applications. 14 districts of the state namely Dhamtari, Mahasamund, Sakti, Balod, Raigarh, Sarangarh-Bilaigarh, Mungeli, Raipur, Surguja, South Bastar Dantewada, Durg, Janjgir-Champa, Narayanpur, Bijapur have resolved more than 90 percent of the applications, while Gariaband, Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi, Bilaspur, Rajnandgaon, Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai, Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara, Mohla-Manpur-Ambagadh Chowki, Kabirdham, Bemetara, Jashpur, Korea, North Bastar Kanker, Surajpur district have resolved 80 to 90 percent of the applications. Bastar district has resolved 78.48 percent, Kondagaon has resolved 70.97 percent, Balrampur-Ramanujganj district has resolved 60.59 percent, Manendragarh Chirmiri Bharatpur has resolved 59.09. Percent, Korba district 41.61 percent and Sukma district more than 30 percent of the applications have been resolved, which is a proof that continuous efforts are being made towards quick and effective solution across the state.

Raipur received the highest number of applications Raipur district received 3 lakh 764 applications, which is the highest in the state. After this, Balodabazar-Bhatapara district is in second place. Dhamtari, Bilaspur and Bastar are in third, fourth and fifth place respectively. In terms of resolution, Dhamtari is in first place, Mahasamund is in second and Sakti district is in third place. Balod and Raigarh are in fourth and fifth place respectively. During Sushasan Tihar, the maximum number of applications received were related to Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, out of which 94.70 percent have been resolved. Most of the 1.47 lakh applications related to Ujjwala Yojana and 1.12 lakh applications for ration card have been resolved. Demands related to road construction, drinking water system and cleanliness were also prominent in urban areas.

The Panchayat and Rural Development Department received 25 lakh 77 thousand 747 applications. The Revenue Department received 3 lakh 74 thousand 429, the Food Department received 2 lakh 18 thousand 113, the Women and Child Development Department received 1 lakh 57 thousand and the Urban Administration Department received 1 lakh 42 thousand 475 applications. In terms of redressal, the Women and Child Development Department is first, the Labor Department is second, and the Industries, Animal Husbandry and Food Departments are third, fourth and fifth respectively. This initiative of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai is taking the state of Chhattisgarh forward in the direction of good governance based on public participation. Reaching camps in villages and communicating with the common people, hearing complaints immediately and making the government machinery more accountable, this is the basic spirit of Sushasan Tihar. ‘Sushasan Tihar’ is an innovative initiative of the Chhattisgarh government, which has given birth to a strong tradition of trust, solution and service by bringing the administration closer to the people. This campaign realises the Chief Minister’s vision where the government does not only stay in offices but also goes to villages to listen to the voice of the common people and solves every problem.
