Durg, 20 May 2025: The job of the government is not only to make schemes, but also to take their benefits to the last person. When we go from village to village and organize Samadhan camps, it is a proof of our accountability. This work can be done only by the government, which works honestly for the people. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai said this while addressing the Samadhan camp organized in Murmunda Gram Panchayat of Dhamdha development block of Durg district today. The Chief Minister said that the Samadhan camp is not just a government event, but a living proof of the responsibility of the administration towards the general public. Our government had presented the report card to the public on completion of one year, and now after one and a half years, it is again giving the report of its work among the public. The Chief Minister said that under Sushasan Tihar, Durg is the 19th district where he has reached to participate in the Sushasan camp. The Chief Minister said that after getting feedback from the people in the surprise inspection and good governance camp, it is a matter of happiness that the public is getting the benefit of the work done by our government in the last one and a half years. Chief Minister Sai told that a total of 2630 applications were received in the Murmunda camp, out of which 2539 cases were resolved on the spot. The Chief Minister clarified that all the applications received in the camp will be completely resolved.

The Chief Minister further said that our government is working to provide electricity and tap water to every house. He said that the previous government snatched the rights of 18 lakh poor families in the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. By snatching the house and roof from the poor, the previous government ruined the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Similarly, mentioning the irregularities of the previous government in the Nal-Jal Yojana, the Chief Minister said that tanks were built in the village, but there was no arrangement for water. Our government improved these schemes and implemented them on the ground. Schemes for every category – farmers, laborers and elderly The Chief Minister said that as per its promise, our government is purchasing 21 quintals of paddy per acre from farmers at the rate of Rs 3100, the bonus of the last two years has also been given to the farmers. Through the Chief Minister’s Tirthdarshan Yojana, the elderly have got the opportunity to go on a pilgrimage. More than 22000 people have visited Ayodhya under the Ramlala Ayodhya Dham Darshan Yojana. Landless agricultural laborers are being given an annual assistance of Rs 10,000. The distribution of ownership cards is being done rapidly.

The Chief Minister also mentioned the improvement in the land registry system and said that now the transfer will be done automatically along with the registry, people will not have to run around offices. If a person wants to give land to his son or daughter, then the work can be completed by giving a donation letter for Rs 500. The Chief Minister said that Atal Digital Seva Kendras are being established in the Gram Panchayats. So far these centres have been started in 1460 Gram Panchayats, where banking transactions of 1 to 1.5 lakh rupees are being done every day. The target is to provide this facility to all the Gram Panchayats in the next one year. Material distribution done in the camp Chief Minister Sai distributed house keys to the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, job cards to MNREGA workers, social pension to eligible beneficiaries, Kisan Credit Cards, cheques and ATM cards to farmers in the Samadhan camp. Chief Minister Sai finally said that the work of the government is not just to run the administration but to serve the people. When the administration comes to the door of the people, only then real good governance is established. Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma, MLA Domanlal Korsevada also addressed the good governance camp. MLA Saja Ishwar Lal Sahu, former MLA Prem Prakash Pandey, Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain, Secretary to the Chief Minister P. Dayanand along with other public representatives and villagers of 15 panchayats including Murmunda were present in large numbers in the program.
