The office bearers of the union apprised the Commissioner and Additional Commissioner regarding their demands
Raipur 1 January 2025 – Today, the Municipal Corporation Raipur Officer Employee Unity Union met Commissioner Mr. Abinash Mishra and Additional Commissioner Mr. US Agarwal and extended warm wishes for the New Year 2025. On this occasion, the President of the Employees Organization Mr. Pramod Jadhav, Vice President Mr. Mohit Kumar, Mr. Shyam Soni along with Mr. Amarnath Sahu, Mr. Premchand Dubey, Mr. Manku Ram Dhiwar, Mr. Mohit Jaiswal, Mr. Manish Markam, Mr. Manish Bhoi, Mrs. Rajshree Shrivas, Mrs. Vinita Jaiswal, Mrs. Maya Banchhor, Ms. Priya Basanti and other officials and a large number of officers and employees were present.
After meeting the Commissioner, the office bearers of the union discussed the main demand of the union that old pension should be implemented for all the officers and employees appointed after 2004. Discussed about providing the facility of cashless card for quick treatment of sick officers and employees. On which the Commissioner expressed his consent to give the benefit of old pension to eligible officers and employees as per the rules of the government and directed the General Administration Department for further action. He also assured that the facility of cashless card for treatment will be started soon after discussing with the banks contracted with the Municipal Corporation. The Chairman also put forth his views before the Commissioner regarding the demands of placement employees.
