Raipur – In compliance with the order of the Urban Administration and Development Department of Chhattisgarh Government, various programs are being organized on the occasion of the 300th birth anniversary of Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar on 31 May 2025 through all 10 zones under the aegis of the Culture Department of Raipur Municipal Corporation. In this sequence, today in the Municipal Corporation Zone 8 office, in the presence of Municipal Corporation Health Department Chairman Mrs. Gayatri Sunil Chandrakar, Zone 8 President Pritam Singh Thakur, Veer Savarkar Nagar Ward No. 1 Councilor Sandeep Sahu, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Ward No. 2 Councilor Bhagatram Harvansh, Zone 8 Zone Commissioner Mrs. Rajeshwari Patel, Maharashtra Mandal Raipur Officer Mrs. Vishakha Topewale, while highlighting the biography of Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar, 7 Safai Mitra employees of Municipal Corporation Zone 8 Health Department were honored by presenting coconut shawl. On this occasion, on the 300th birth anniversary of Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar, Health Department President Mrs. Gayatri Sunil Chandrakar, Zone Commissioner Mrs. Rajeshwari Patel, Maharashtra Division Raipur Officer Mrs. Vishakha Topewale along with 11 women public representatives and employees were honored by Municipal Corporation Zone 8 and Culture Department. On this occasion, Zone Assistant Revenue Officer Pramod Jaghav, Zone Health Officer Gopichand Dewangan, Sanitation Inspector Ritesh Jha and Zone employees were present.
