Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman’s saree has always gained attention for the past seven Union Budgets. This year, the minister’s record eighth consecutive Budget, she wore an off-white handloom silk saree with fish-themed embroidery and a golden border – a tribute to Madhubani Art.
The saree was made by Padma awardee Dulari Devi.
