Raipur, 31 May 2025: Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai gave the mantra of ‘Developed Chhattisgarh’ in a review meeting held in Dhamtari today. He said that the vision document prepared for ‘Developed Chhattisgarh’ is like a roadmap, in which the goals and guidelines are clear. Officers should take it to the result with full dedication and responsibility to realize the goal of developed Chhattisgarh. Chief Minister Sai was reviewing the status of implementation of schemes in Raipur and Dhamtari districts today. The Chief Minister said at the conclusion of Sushasan Tihar that this process of solving the problems of the people should not stop. Dialogue with the people and solution of their problems should continue continuously. Officers should solve the problems of the people with hard work and innovative methods. Getting justice late to the general public is equal to not getting justice. He said that in works like revenue error correction, it is the officers and employees who make mistakes, but the common people suffer and have to face trouble.

The Chief Minister talked about promoting digital governance in the Revenue Department and focusing on time management. He said that in areas with active Tehsildars, revenue cases remain less pending. Also, directed the officers to behave well with the public and complete their work in a quality manner in minimum time. Focus on flagship schemes The Chief Minister directed to give priority to the flagship schemes of the Central and State Government, such as Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, PM Awas, and Jal Jeevan Mission. He informed that Chhattisgarh has been selected as the second best state at the national level for the effective implementation of the Crop Insurance Scheme. Also, as per the instructions of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the meeting of NITI Aayog, asked to explore the possibilities of developing tourist places in Dhamtari and Raipur. Emphasis on education, health and agriculture The Chief Minister directed to improve the quality of education in the district. Giving the example of Dantewada, he said that due to the better performance of the DEO there, the results of class 10th and 12th were excellent, which the Prime Minister praised in ‘Mann Ki Baat’. He stressed on ensuring continuous monitoring and availability of resources in the health department, as well as preparation of Kharif crop in agriculture-dominated Dhamtari and Raipur districts and connecting farmers with modern techniques.

The benefits of schemes should reach the last person The Chief Minister emphasized that the benefits of government schemes should reach the last person without any hindrance. He asked the officials to share the difficulties faced in achieving the departmental goals, so that assistance can be provided at the state level. He also told that the work of the officials is being continuously monitored and he has the report card of every district. He said that during Sushasan Tihar, the officials resolved a large number of applications in a timely manner, for which they deserve congratulations. He said that officers and employees should be rewarded for doing good work and if they do not work, they will not be spared. On this occasion, Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap, Revenue Minister Tank Ram Verma, MP Smt. Roop Kumari Chaudhary, MLA Ajay Chandrakar, MLA Omkar Sahu, Mayor Ramu Rohra, District Panchayat Chairman Arun Sarva, Backward Class Commission Chairman Nehru Nishad, Additional Chief Secretary Smt. Renu G. Pillai, Chief Secretary Subodh Kumar Singh, Chief Minister’s Secretary Basav Raju S. and officials from Raipur and Dhamtari were present.
