Raipur: Some major administrative changes have been made in Chhattisgarh. 2003 batch IAS officer Reena Baba Kangale has now been given the responsibility of the Food Department. Till now two senior officers were looking after the work in this department- Richa Sharma was the Additional Chief Secretary and Amblangan P was handling the responsibility as Secretary. Now the charge of the Food Department has been taken from both of them and handed over to Reena Baba Kangale. Apart from this, S. Prakash has been made the Secretary of the Parliamentary Affairs Department and he has also been given additional charge of this department. At the same time, Yashwant Kumar has been removed from the Khadi and Handloom Department and given the responsibility of Chief Electoral Officer. The additional charge of the Khadi and Handloom Department which he had has now been handed over to Shyam Dhavade. The government has also issued an official order regarding these changes.
