Maruti Foundation and Heritage India : Mental health awareness program was organized in Chaitanya Techno School under the joint aegis of Maruti Foundation and Heritage India. Director of Maruti Foundation Megha Tiwari along with the team of foundation experts visited the school and organized a mental health program for the children. Dr. Ila Gupta, who is a psychologist, told what mental health is for children and how they should achieve their goals and how to remain stress free through physical activities. Megha Tiwari also told how small efforts can bring revolution in the society. The way mental pressure is increasing in children due to study tension and mobile addiction, keeping in view these ill effects, the children were guided by a specialist doctor from Raipur. Under this, Dr. Utkarsh Trivedi told the students the ways to stay away from depression and mental stress. Dr. Shivam Paden told the children about mental health and told the ways to become mentally strong. Special guests from Rishi Bhumihar Samaj’s media in-charge D.K. Sharma, social worker Seema Chhabra, advocate Dimple Tiwari, A.G.M. Chaitanya Techno. School Mavila Satish, Principal D. Shruti (M.A. Psychology B.Ed.) and Tanu Das also expressed their views and guided the students. The organization also honored 10 journalists.
