Government Employees Among Victims-Among the victims is Priya Deshmukh, an employee at the Durg CMHO office. In her FIR, she accuses Rajat Kumar Gupta of Ambikapur and others of orchestrating the scam. Another victim, Monisha Singh from Bilaspur, filed a similar complaint.
