Raipur 29 May 2025: Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai participated in the Sushasan Camp organized in village Bhainsa of Raipur district today. On this occasion, he flagged off the awareness chariot for the “Vikasit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan” running from 29 May to 12 June under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi across the country. He handed over the keys of 110 concrete houses constructed under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana to the beneficiaries. Chief Minister Sai said that this campaign is an important initiative towards taking scientific cooperation and research to the fields. In this campaign, the scientists of the central government will work in teams with the scientists of the state and in the coming days, more than 13 lakh farmers of the state will be contacted. He said that agricultural scientists and researchers will go from the laboratory to the fields and give information about advanced and balanced agriculture to the farmers and will also take suggestions from the farmers.
Addressing the Sushasan Camp, the Chief Minister said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has resolved that every poor person in the country should have a permanent house. In this direction, the state government has so far approved more than 18 lakh Pradhan Mantri Awas, most of which have been completed and the rest are under construction. Eligible people will also be added to the “Awas Plus Plus” scheme. He also said that ₹ 1000 is being transferred every month to the accounts of more than 70 lakh sisters of the state under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana. Those whose names have not been added yet will also be added soon. Feedback taken from beneficiaries Chief Minister Sai took feedback on the implementation of schemes from the beneficiaries present in the Samadhan camp. Beneficiary Chamar Singh Patel said that there is a need to promote horticulture and crops that require less water instead of paddy in view of the fall in water level. He also suggested to promote organic farming. Mrs. Chandan thanked the Chief Minister for the Mahtari Vandan Yojana and said that she uses this amount for the education and other needs of the children.
Announcements of the Chief Minister Chief Minister Sai announced various works worth about ₹ 3.5 crore for the development of the area in the Samadhan camp. These include ₹ 75 lakh for the Primary Health Center in village Bhainsa, ₹ 75.23 lakh for construction of high school building, ₹ 55 lakh for water tank and pipeline expansion, ₹ 50 lakh for Higher Secondary School, ₹ 20 lakh for compound and shed construction, ₹ 42 lakh for pipeline expansion in village Amodi and ₹ 24 lakh for construction of three additional rooms in Higher Secondary School. He also announced the opening of a new police post in Bhainsa. Krishi Patrika was also released on this occasion. In the camp, subsidy cheques for agricultural equipment, tricycles to the disabled and Kisan Credit Cards were also provided to the beneficiaries. In the program, Union Minister of State Tokhan Sahu and Agriculture Minister Ramvichar Netam called upon the farmers to join the Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan and said that research should not remain only in laboratories, but should reach every village. 100 scientists of the central government will participate in this campaign, who will organize two camps every day in collaboration with local scientists and officials and will give information about advanced farming to the farmers. He said that the Prime Minister’s dream is that the more empowered the farmers of India are, the stronger the country will be.
Addressing the program, local MLA Guru Khuswant Saheb demanded several development works for the area. Raipur Collector Gaurav Singh said in the Samadhan camp that a total of 2,98,635 applications were received in the first phase in the district, out of which 2,89,968 applications were related to demands and 8641 were complaints. All of these have been resolved, only 26 complaints are pending. He said that more than 5000 learning licenses have also been made in the camps. On this occasion, Revenue Minister Tank Ram Verma, Chairman of Chhattisgarh Seed and Agriculture Development Corporation Chandrahas Chandrakar, Chairman of Kisan Kalyan Parishad Suresh Chandravanshi, Agriculture Production Commissioner and Secretary Mrs. Shahla Nigar, Commissioner of Raipur Division Mahadev Kavre, SSP Lal Umed Singh, Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat Raipur Kumar Vishwaranjan and Municipal Corporation Commissioner Vishwadeep, along with a large number of public representatives and villagers were present.
