Raipur – As per the order of Raipur Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra and as per the instructions of Additional Commissioner U.S. Aggarwal and Zone 7 Zone Commissioner Ramakant Sahu, the team of Municipal Corporation Zone 7 Urban Investment Department, in the presence of Deputy Engineer Ms. Ruchika Mishra and other concerned officials, has issued a notice to the operator of Phoenix Circus (Phoenix Circus has been organized on 7,8,9 February 2025 at Sardar Balveer Singh Juneja Indoor Stadium Budhapara) for defacing government property on electric poles in Aamapara in GE Marg under Municipal Corporation Zone 7 area and imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 for defacing the property. As per the rules, the advertisements written on government property have been asked to be removed by cleaning them by photography/videography and to give an affidavit not to do so again. Along with this, if the fine amount is not deposited in the treasury of Municipal Corporation Raipur, then legal action will be taken against the operator of the Phoenix Circus by registering an FIR in the police station of the concerned area by the Municipal Corporation Zone 7 Urban Investment Department as per the rules.
