As per the order of Raipur Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra and as per the instructions of Zone Commissioner Arun Dhruv of Municipal Corporation Zone No. 8, joint teams of Zone Urban Investment Department, Health Department, Revenue Department took action on Pandey Dairy operating in the residential area near Visarjan Kund near Raipura Mahadev Ghat under Madhav Rao Sapre Ward No. 69 under the zone. Action was taken to demolish the shed built by Pandey Dairy with the help of JCB machine. Earlier, 4 cattle were seized from there and sent to Gauthan in a cow catcher vehicle. Action was taken to remove the cottons kept by Pandey Dairy operating in the residential area at 3 different places. An immediate and effective stop was put on the encroachment being done on the vacant government land near Raipura Girls Hostel by removing bamboo sticks and the government land was freed from encroachment. A campaign was launched on the Raipura Mahadevghat main road and action was taken to remove 4 kiosks which were illegally occupying the main road after the public complaints received regarding encroachment on the road were found to be true.
