Raipur – Today, on the instructions of Raipur District Collector and Municipal Corporation Administrator Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Mr. Abinash Mishra reached the polling stations of Old Basti Aminpara School, Pandit Sundar Lal Sharma School Sundar Nagar, Umesh Padhye School Danganiya, Nagar Mata Binni Bai Sonkar School Ashwini Nagar, Raipur Convent School, Changorabhata School under Municipal Corporation Zone No. 5 area and directly observed the arrangements of the polling stations in the presence of Municipal Corporation Deputy Commissioner Dr. Anjali Sharma, Executive Engineer Mr. Lal Mahendra Pratap Singh, Assistant Engineer Mr. Nageshwar Ramteke and other related officials of Municipal Corporation Zone No. 5. The Commissioner has instructed the officials to ensure that all the necessary basic facilities are made available on priority basis at all the polling stations as per the guidelines of Chhattisgarh State Election Commission and Raipur District Election Officer Office (Local Elections). Commissioner Abinash Mishra directed the concerned corporation officers to construct ramps at polling centres, get wall writing done, cleanliness, pure drinking water, lighting arrangements, toilet cleaning and to maintain cleanliness in the entire school premises.
