Raipur, 14 July 2025: Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai planted a Gulmohar sapling today by performing ritualistic worship in the new assembly premises located in Nava Raipur. Chief Minister Sai participated in the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam 2.0’ tree plantation program. On this occasion, Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh, Leader of Opposition Dr. Charandas Mahant, Deputy Chief Minister Arun Saw, Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma, Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap, other members of the Council of Ministers and all the members of the Legislative Assembly also planted Gulmohar saplings. Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain, Assembly Secretary Dinesh Sharma, Additional Chief Secretary (Forest) Richa Sharma, Chhattisgarh Forest Force Chief V. Srinivas Rao, Managing Director Chhattisgarh State Minor Forest Produce Federation Anil Sahu, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests Arun Kumar Pandey, Chief Conservator of Forests Raju Agasmani were also present in the program.
