Raipur 4 July 2025: Shipra Pathak, popularly known as “Water Woman” for her remarkable contribution in the field of environmental conservation, made a courtesy visit to Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai at the Chief Minister’s residence office today. On this occasion, Chief Minister Sai appreciated Shipra Pathak’s important contribution in environmental conservation and especially in spreading the word of Sindoor plantation to the masses. He honored Shipra Pathak by presenting her a shawl and a memento. It is noteworthy that Shipra Pathak has gained wide recognition for her commitment towards environmental conservation and the work done to spread awareness in the society. The plantation campaign under her leadership has not only promoted environmental conservation but has also inspired the common people to plant trees and fulfill their responsibilities towards the environment. Professor Harishankar Singh of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Central University, Lucknow was also present on the occasion. Chief Minister Sai said that the work done by Shipra Pathak in the field of environmental conservation is a source of inspiration for the society. He also assured that the Chhattisgarh government is continuously working for environmental protection and every possible support will be provided to such efforts.
