Raipur, 11 April 2025: Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today allotted 33,000 sqft fully furnished office space to Square Business Services on the seventh floor of Commercial Tower (Block-C) located in CBD of Nava Raipur. This modern office space has been prepared at a cost of Rs 11 crore. The aim of this initiative is to make Nava Raipur the next major IT hub of India. Economically backward youth will get a strong platform: 87% employees are from families below the poverty line. The organization currently has 303 employees, out of which 279 are from Chhattisgarh itself. The youth of Nava Raipur and surrounding areas have also got direct opportunities. These include 161 men and 142 women. The special thing is that 87% of these employees are from BPL families and 83% come from reserved categories. This company is providing its services not only in the country but also internationally. Chief Minister handed over joining letters to newly appointed personnel: New work culture starting from Nava Raipur. On this occasion, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai symbolically handed over joining letters to 10 newly appointed employees and wished them a bright future. He said that this is not just allotment of an office space but a strong beginning to connect the youth of Chhattisgarh with employment opportunities. International companies also got space: High-end IT activities will be established in 75,000 sq. ft.
Along with Square Business Services, office space has also been provided to Hyderabad-based reputed company, Teleperformance (Mumbai) and CSM (Bhubaneswar) in the same commercial tower located in Sector-21 of Nava Raipur. A total area of 75,000 sq. ft. has been allotted to these three companies, which will create an estimated 1500 to 1800 employment opportunities. Nava Raipur: No longer just a capital, but a hub of technology: A new triangle of employment, equality and progress This multi-dimensional initiative is considered to be an important milestone in the direction of establishing Nava Raipur as a modern IT destination. This initiative is a decisive step towards making the youth of the state self-reliant, promoting social inclusion and technological advancement. Housing and Environment Minister O. P. Choudhary, MLA Guru Khuswant Saheb, Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Subodh Kumar Singh, Secretary to Chief Minister P. Dayanand, Rahul Bhagat, Secretary of Industries Department Rajat Kumar, Secretary of Housing and Environment Department Ankit Anand and Chief Executive Officer of NRDA Saurabh Kumar along with many senior officers and employees were present. It is notable that the identity of Chhattisgarh is changing with the arrival of IT and service sector companies. Chhattisgarh is now becoming an emerging center of technology, innovation and service sector as well.
