Chhattisgarh Administrative Association Conference Organized In Honor Of Promoted, Newly Selected, Retired And Newly Elected IAS

Deputy Chief Minister Arun Saw and keynote speaker journalist Saurabh Dwivedi attended the event.

Raipur. Chhattisgarh State Administrative Service Association (CASA) organized a felicitation ceremony and Sufi Night at Mayra Resort on Saturday. Its objective was to honor the newly selected officers, IAS promoted officers and retired officers and to hand over the responsibility of the association to new office bearers through elections. Deputy Chief Minister Arun Saw addressed the conference as the chief guest and Lallantop editor Saurabh Dwivedi presented a lecture as the speaker. All administrative officers enjoyed the Sufi Night evening with their families. Chief guest Deputy Chief Minister Arun Saw said that the role of administrative officers is important in reaching the government’s schemes to every section. The administrative officers of the state are also skilled in establishing coordination between various departments. One should always have the habit of facing challenges with a smile, because the nature of the administrative system is such that when the team works, success is certain. The specialty of the state officials is that they have an understanding of the regional needs and play a continuous role in the implementation of the schemes. It is very important for all of you to take care of your health because you are the one who conducts surprise inspections and tests in any situation.

Journalist Saurabh Dwivedi, as a speaker, said during the lecture that if access to the administrative officer is easy and accessible, then half the pain of the complainant ends there itself, he gets support. If the complainant’s problem is heard carefully and the policy and legal facts are explained to them, then it becomes easy for both the parties to work. Women handling responsibilities in the administration have double responsibility, so take special care of your food and rest on time. Working under pressure is your specialty but keep breathing deeply, this is an art which is necessary for your confidence and pleasant experience. These IAS promoted officers were honored- Santosh Kumar Dewangan, Ashutosh Pandey, Heena Animesh Netam, Lokesh Chandrakar, Rita Yadav, Prakash Kumar Sarve New office bearers appointed through election- President- Ajay Tripathi, General Secretary- Umashankar Bande, Joint Secretary- Dhananjay Netam, Treasurer- Naveen Bhagat These retired officers were honored- Pramod Shandilya, Omkar Yadu, Sanjay Diwan, Ashok Kumar Ghritalhare, Jogendra Nayak These newly selected Deputy Collectors were honored- Shubhangi Gupta and Shubham Dev representing the 2024 batch were honored. During this, coordinators have been appointed for all the batches who became Deputy Collectors from Chhattisgarh PSC, they will inform other officers of their batch about the programs and schemes of the association and will coordinate with the association. Similarly, officers have been nominated for other responsibilities.
