Attempt to murder, three women caught

Bilaspur. The applicant Sakir Hussain alias Haji father Yakub Mia, aged 43 years, resident of Sirgitti, Bilaspur police station in front of Ayush Palace, came to the police station on 28th January and lodged a report that at around 10 pm on the same night, the applicant and Shreya were having dinner in Shrivas Khana at that time due to old rivalry. Regarding this, Razia, Vaishnavi Yadav, Rupa Dhruv and others entered the house by opening the door of the house, abusing, threatening to kill, and in unison, attacked with rods, sticks and sharp weapons and caused serious injuries, on which the crime has been registered. It was registered and taken into consideration proceedings. During the investigation of the case, the statement of the injured applicant and Shreya Shriwas was recorded, after finding out the accused in the case, after bringing them to the police station and strictly interrogating them, they admitted to causing serious injury to the applicant and Shreya Shriwas by assaulting them with the intention of murder. The sharp weapons used at the time of the incident were seized from the accused and the accused were duly arrested, the heirs were informed about the arrest and today they were sent to the court on judicial remand. Other accused in the case are being traced.

In the above proceedings of the case, police station in-charge Sirgitti Inspector Naveen Dewangan, Souni Shitala Prasad Tripathi, constable Virendra Rajput, Keshav Marco and Virendra Sahu played an important role.
