On the 26th martyrdom day of martyr Kaushal Yadav, Deputy Chief Minister Urban Administration and Development Department Arun Sao paid his respects along with Mayor Meenal Chaubey, South MLA Sunil Soni, State Civil Supplies Corporation Chairman Sanjay Srivastava, Chairman Suryakant Rathore, Yadav Samaj officials.
Raipur – A grand statue of martyr Kaushal Yadav, true son of Mother India, son of Chhattisgarh Mata, will be installed in front of Shaheed Kaushal Yadav Chowk Kali Mata Temple in the capital city of Raipur within the next one month by the Raipur Municipal Corporation while beautifying the Chowk. The announcement in this regard was made today by the Culture Department and Zone No. 4 of Municipal Corporation Raipur at Shaheed Kaushal Yadav Chowk in front of Kali Mata Temple on the 26th martyrdom day of martyr Kaushal Yadav by the Deputy Chief Minister of the state, Urban Administration and Development Department Arun Sao from the stage. Deputy Chief Minister Urban Administration and Development Department Arun Saw requested Raipur Municipal Corporation Mayor Meenal Chaubey and instructed Raipur Municipal Corporation Commissioner Vishwadeep from the stage that within the next one month, in front of Shaheed Kaushal Yadav Chowk Kalimata Temple, through Raipur Municipal Corporation, the Chowk should be beautified to make the sweet memories of Shaheed Kaushal Yadav permanent and a grand statue of Shaheed Kaushal Yadav should be installed with respect at the Chowk. Deputy Chief Minister Urban Administration and Development Department Arun Saw said that whatever amount would be required for this, it would be immediately made available to Raipur Municipal Corporation through the State Urban Administration and Development Department. To make the sweet memories of the martyrdom of Shaheed Kaushal Yadav, a true son of Mother India and son of Chhattisgarh, son of the soil of Chhattisgarh, permanent, the work of grand statue installation and beautification of the Chowk should be done soon by Raipur Municipal Corporation at Shaheed Kaushal Yadav Chowk.
In the Pushpanjali event organized by the Culture Department and Zone No. 4 of Raipur Municipal Corporation on the 26th martyrdom day of martyr Kaushal Yadav, Deputy Chief Minister Urban Administration and Development Department Arun Saw said that on 25 July 1999, in the Kargil war, the true son of Mother India and son of Chhattisgarh Mata attained martyrdom while serving the nation. Before this, martyr Kaushal Yadav killed 12 infiltrator terrorists of enemy country Pakistan and laid the foundation of India’s Kargil victory before attaining martyrdom. After the Kargil war, the war skill capability of the Indian Army is continuously increasing, air strike, surgical strike and Operation Sindoor are living proof of this. In Operation Sindoor, the Indian Army completely destroyed 9 terrorist centers of enemy country Pakistan and taught a lesson to the army and terrorists of Pakistan.
Deputy Chief Minister Urban Administration and Development Department Arun Saw said that Chhattisgarh’s son of the soil, martyr Kaushal Yadav, is a source of inspiration for the youth. Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao praised the then Chairman of Raipur Municipal Corporation, State Civil Supplies Corporation Chairman Sanjay Srivastava and the then Mayor of Raipur Municipal Corporation, Raipur South MLA Sunil Soni for taking immediate decision to pay homage to martyr Kaushal Yadav by naming the square in front of Kali Mata Temple as Shaheed Kaushal Yadav Chowk through Raipur Municipal Corporation and to keep the sacred sweet memories of martyr Kaushal Yadav alive by installing the statue of the martyr in the square and beautifying it. Deputy Chief Minister of Urban Administration and Development Department Arun Sao requested Mayor Meenal Choubey to complete this work of the decision taken within a month and for this, directed Municipal Corporation Commissioner Vishwadeep from the stage.
Raipur South MLA Sunil Soni said that martyr Kaushal Yadav is a true son of the Yadav community. Martyr Kaushal Yadav is not only the proud son of the Yadav community, but of the entire nation. The citizens will remember with respect for ages the martyrdom of martyr Kaushal Yadav while serving the country in the Kargil war. Martyr Kaushal Yadav did a wonderful job of teaching a lesson to the enemy country Pakistan’s army by fighting valiantly. Chhattisgarh State Civil Supplies Corporation Chairman Sanjay Srivastava said that martyr Kaushal Yadav is the pride of the Yadav community of Chhattisgarh state. Martyrs do not belong to any particular community, rather they are the pride of the entire nation. Sanjay Srivastava said that by installing a grand statue of martyr Kaushal Yadav at Shaheed Kaushal Yadav Chowk, every citizen passing through here will easily get the inspiration of sacrificing everything for the nation in the life of martyr Kaushal Yadav.
