Under the chairmanship of Deputy Chief Minister and Urban Administration Minister Arun Sao, Chief Hospitality and School and School Education Minister Brijmohan Agarwal, the newly constructed “Swami Vivekananda Sarovar-Budhatalaab Path” was inaugurated by Raipur Smart City Limited. In the function organized on this occasion, MLA (North) Purandar Mishra, MLA (Rural) Motilal Sahu, Municipal Corporation Commissioner and Smart City Managing Director Abinash Mishra, Municipal Corporation Leader of Opposition Meenal Choubey, local public representatives, distinguished citizens and J.R. With the commencement of this route, now a safe and easy way has become available to school girls and other people to reach their destination in short distances.
In the program organized on this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Sao said that Raipur Smart City and the urban bodies of Chhattisgarh are moving ahead with a determined spirit in providing public facilities to the common citizens at a fast pace. The urban administration is now working rapidly under the guidance of the Central and State Governments to provide cleanliness and other basic public facilities. In his address, Cabinet Minister and local MLA Brijmohan Aggarwal praised Raipur Smart City for constructing this road within just one month as per the public aspirations and dedicating it to the common people and he assured that by moving fast in the path of good governance, The state government, which is engaged in serving the public, will never allow any shortage of funds for the development of the region including Raipur. He also said that with the construction of this path, common citizens will now be able to closely see the heritage of Budha Talab while walking on the road. Leader of Opposition of the Municipal Corporation, Meenal Choubey, while expressing her gratitude to Minister Shri Aggarwal for constructing this path within the Budhatalab complex to fulfill the expectations of the girl students and their parents, said that the Deputy Chief Minister and Urban Administration Minister Shri Sao has full support in the urban development. The urban administration of Raipur will always get it. In the program J.R. Dani Student Union President Ishita Sharma and Vice President Taleshwari Dhruv also welcomed the guests on their arrival at the school.
On this occasion, Municipal Corporation Commissioner and Managing Director of Smart City Mr. Mishra said that for the convenience of common citizens, the construction of this internal road has been completed by Raipur Smart City Limited within about a month at a cost of about Rs 85 lakh. Allotment certificates were provided to 22 beneficiaries, along with 15 checks for transfer of funds for individual and group loans of Pradhan Mantri Swanidhi Yojana were distributed by the guests.
