Raipur – Today, Suryakant Rathore, Chairman of Raipur Municipal Corporation, who went out to inspect the sanitation system, directly inspected the drain cleaning of Indira Gandhi Ward under Municipal Corporation Zone 2 area, in the presence of Zone 2 Zone Health Officer Ravi Lavania. During this, on seeing an illegal iron bridge placed on the drain by some unknown persons to cross the Naharpara drain, he immediately got the illegal iron bridge removed and freed the Naharpara drain from encroachment, and got the drain cleaned in front of him to make the exit smooth. The Chairman gave instructions to remove the Laddi from the drain till the bottom and clean it systematically, so that the problem of waterlogging in the area does not arise during the rains.
