Chhattisgarh weather update: The mood of the weather in the state has completely changed. In the last days of April, it seems as if the monsoon season has arrived. Every day in the evening, strong winds start blowing and light rain is also falling, which is giving people a lot of relief from the scorching heat. Like the last few days, strong winds blew and drizzle occurred in many areas on Wednesday evening. The Meteorological Department says that in the coming five days, light to moderate rain with strong winds may occur at some places. No significant change in temperature is expected. On April 30, the maximum temperature of Bilaspur was recorded at 33 degrees Celsius, which was 9.5 degrees below normal. The highest temperature in the state was in Raipur, where the mercury reached 36.5 degrees Celsius.
Due to this change in weather, unseasonal strong winds, rain and hailstorm are occurring in many districts, due to which the temperature has dropped significantly. The temperature of Bilaspur, which had reached 44 degrees a few days ago, has now come down to 33 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Department has predicted that strong winds with thunderstorms may occur in some areas of the state during the next five days and there is also a possibility of rain. For the next 24 hours, the department has issued a warning that hailstorms may occur along with strong winds at some places. According to the information of Raipur Meteorological Center, at present a trough has formed in the north-south direction, which is spread from South West Rajasthan to North Kerala at a height of about 1.5 kilometers.
