Raipur – Today, at the entrance of Shaheed Smarak Bhawan at Rajbandha Ground in GE Marg of the capital city, the first citizen of the capital city, Mayor of Municipal Corporation Raipur, Mrs. Meenal Chaubey, paid homage on behalf of all the residents of the capital by offering floral tributes to all the 26 departed souls, including Dinesh Mirania, a resident of Samata Colony, Raipur, who died in the cowardly terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, on 26 April 2025. Before the meeting of the Special General Meeting, Municipal Corporation Chairman Suryakant Rathore, Leader of Opposition in the Corporation Sandeep Sahu, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Vishwadeep, all MIC members, Zone Chairmen, Ward Councillors, Municipal Corporation officials, representatives of print and electronic media, paid homage to all the 26 departed souls, including Dinesh Mirania, a resident of Raipur, who died in the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, by offering floral tributes to their photographs. Before the meeting of the Special General Assembly in the auditorium of Shaheed Smarak Bhavan, Municipal Corporation Chairman Suryakant Rathore read out the resolution before the Municipal Corporation House from the stage to pay collective silent tribute to all the 26 departed souls, including Raipur resident Dinesh Mirania, who died in the terrorist attack on 26 April 2025.
