Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai Will Meet The Giants Of Textile And Steel Industry In Mumbai

Will be the special guest in two-day events at Bombay Exhibition Center

Chhattisgarh’s new industrial policy will be presented from the national stage in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi

Raipur 22 April 2025: Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai will attend two prestigious national events of textile and steel industry organized in the country’s financial capital Mumbai on 23 and 24 April. Chief Minister Sai will present the state’s new industrial policy, investment possibilities and vision of infrastructure development to industrialists and policy makers from across the country on these occasions. These events will be held at Bombay Exhibition Center, Goregaon, Mumbai. First day: Dialogue with investors of textile sector – 23 April Chief Minister Sai will participate in the CMAI Fab Show on 23 April, which has been organized by the Clothing Manufacturers Association of India (CMAI). This show is the main platform of the giants associated with the textile industry of the country, where eminent representatives related to production, export and branding participate. From this platform, the Chief Minister will share information about the special facilities, incentives and investment opportunities available for the textile industry in the new industrial policy of Chhattisgarh. During this, investment agreements (MoUs) are also likely to be signed with some major companies. Day two: Chhattisgarh will be presented in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi – April 24

Chief Minister Sai will attend the inaugural ceremony of India Steel 2025 as a special guest on April 24. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will join this program through video conferencing. On this occasion, Chief Minister Sai will highlight the infrastructure, innovation, and long-term plans developed for the steel industry under the new industrial policy of Chhattisgarh. Chhattisgarh Round Table Meeting will also be organized on the same day, in which the Chief Minister will directly interact with potential investors. Topics like industrial clusters, logistics support, single window clearance system, and favorable labor policy will be discussed in detail in this meeting. New Chhattisgarh will be reflected in the state pavilion Chief Minister Sai will also visit the Chhattisgarh State Pavilion, where information will be available about the state’s industrial infrastructure, policy incentives, and multi-dimensional investment opportunities. This pavilion will play an important role in attracting investors to Chhattisgarh. Media interaction – Chief Minister will interact with the media on 23rd and 24th April at 1 pm at Bombay Exhibition Centre. He will share information about the main objectives of this visit, features of the new industrial policy of the state and the efforts being made by the government to attract investments.
