Raipur – Today, Manoj Verma, Chairman, Urban Planning and Building Permission Department of Municipal Corporation Raipur, assumed charge immediately after worshipping the first revered god Shri Ganesh on the ground floor of the Municipal Corporation Headquarters building Mahatma Gandhi Sadan and worshipping Shri Ganesh in the room on the first floor of the headquarters, amidst chanting of Vedic mantras and blowing of conch by the Acharya. On MIC member Manoj Verma assuming charge, Mayor Mrs. Meenal Choubey, Chairman Suryakant Rathore, Raipur City District BJP President Ramesh Singh Thakur, Chairman of Public Works Department Deepak Jaiswal along with dignitaries, common people, corporation officials and employees reached the room and presented bouquets and garlands to him and gave him hearty congratulations and best wishes on assuming charge.
