Raipur 4 March: Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai visited and worshipped the Guru Gaddi on the first day of Gurudarshan fair organized at Giraudpuri Dham and wished for the happiness and prosperity of the people of the state. On this occasion, on the demand of the fair committee, Chief Minister Shri Sai announced to increase the amount of Giraudpuri fair from 25 lakhs to 50 lakhs and construction of a permanent shed from the main entrance of the fair premises to the temple for the convenience of the devotees. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai himself distributed prasad to the devotees after visiting the temple. On this occasion, religious leader Gurubaldas Saheb, former Assembly Speaker Gauri Shankar Agarwal, Cabinet Minister Dayal Das Baghel, Inspector General of Police Amresh Mishra, Collector Deepak Soni, SSP Vijay Agarwal and a large number of saints and devotees were present. It is noteworthy that the three-day Giraudpuri fair will be held from March 4 to March 6. This fair, which is held every year at Giraudpuri Dham, is becoming a medium to spread the message of truth, non-violence and equality of Guru Ghasidas ji to the people.
