Prayagraj Mahakumbh 2025: Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai Took Holy Bath At Triveni Sangam, Wished Happiness And Prosperity Of The People Of The State

Raipur 13 February 2025: On the auspicious occasion of Mahakumbh 2025, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today took a holy dip at the Triveni Sangam in Teerthraj Prayagraj and prayed for the happiness and prosperity of the people of the state. He was accompanied by Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh, cabinet members, MLAs and their families. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai described the Mahakumbh as a grand festival of divinity and spiritual energy of Sanatan Dharma and said that it is a symbol of the infinite power of Indian culture and the liveliness of Sanatan traditions. He said that this Virat Mahakumbh organized after 144 years is not only a religious ritual, but also a unique opportunity to know, understand and assimilate the eternal democratic traditions of India. Chief Minister Sai left for Prayagraj from Raipur, where after reaching Prayagraj Airport, he left for Sangam Ghat with cabinet members and public representatives through 5 electric buses. After reaching Arel Ghat, Chief Minister Sai and other dignitaries reached Triveni Sangam by motor boat and as per religious rites took a holy dip in the confluence of Mother Ganga, Yamuna and invisible Saraswati and prayed for the welfare of the people of the state. Chief Minister Sai said that Maha Kumbh is a symbol of the glorious heritage of Indian culture and in keeping with this tradition, a resolution was taken to establish the cultural identity of Chhattisgarh here.

Chief Minister Sai said that Maha Kumbh is not just a religious event, but it is a living example of Indian faith, tradition and democratic values. Chief Minister Sai said on this occasion that this Triveni Sangam of Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati is not just a meeting of water, but a great confluence of spirituality, tradition and culture. Prayagraj Maha Kumbh is the center of spiritual consciousness not only for India but for the entire humanity. He said that this event provides an opportunity to strengthen our spiritual roots and showcase the divine form of Sanatan culture to the world. Chief Minister Sai expressed gratitude to the Uttar Pradesh government and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ji for the arrangements. He said that devotees from Chhattisgarh have also praised this divine event and its arrangements wholeheartedly. Chief Minister Sai called for contributing to the promotion of Sanatan culture. He said that Maha Kumbh is an invaluable heritage of Sanatan tradition, which we have to preserve for future generations. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai wished the people of Chhattisgarh and the entire countrymen a happy Maha Kumbh and prayed for their bright future, prosperity and good health. He said that Maha Kumbh is a celebration of the basic principles of Indian civilization- religion, compassion and spirituality- which gives a new direction to the society and awakens spiritual consciousness.
